Your survey responses will inform Lewis County’s five-year strategic plan, outline goals for the future, and guide the budget process for years to come.
This is your opportunity to shape the future of our community!
A volunteer Strategic Planning Advisory Committee will carefully review survey responses on behalf of the county. Responses are anonymous, so we invite you to be as open as possible.
Public sessions will also be held to discuss these topics in greater detail. Visit LewisCountyWA.gov for dates and additional information. All are welcome to attend.
As part of the groundwork for the strategic plan, the BOCC is asking the public to provide feedback about the goods and services the county provides. Residents, business owners and visitors are invited to complete the short Community Survey. Responses will help identify the community’s priorities as the county develops its five-year plan.
Strategic planning is a valuable process that helps map out goals and directive priorities. While many counties approach strategic planning with only their leadership involved, Lewis County is proud to first engage the community and seek its input.
The Community Survey will be live on the county’s website from January 7 through the first week of March. Paper copies will also be available at area libraries.
We invite all members of the community to complete the Community Survey, attend meetings, and give us your honest opinions, hopes and dreams regarding this place we call home.
